Two and a Half Men Summary

This comedy sitcom first episode purpose is to introduce a new character to the series : Ashton Kutcher ; who is playing Walden Scmidt role , due to the fact that Charlie Sheen was fire.
This new episode is about how Charlie Sheen´s character , Charlie Harper , dies and they try to put his beach house on sale. By that time Jon Cryer´s role , Alan Harper , meets Walden Schmidt who casually is a internet millionaire who tried to kill himself in front of Charlie´s house. They meet and begun some kind of friendship. The episode ends by Walden´s desire to buy the beach house. This new season is completely different from the others so try to be open minded when receiving a hole new character.

How to improve your health?

Are you tired during the day?
You can think clearly due to the fatigue?

Well you can solve this with a 45 minutes routine per day. You can do any type of exercise you want , even practice your favourite sport .  We often think that doing excersie will make us feel more tired, but surprisingly doing exercise doesn´t have that effect on our body. And is scientific proved. While excercise our brain releases a type of hormone that relaxes the body.

Doing excercise is not just for having a nice body, is a way to release stress and tension.

Something important about excercise is that you have to start by levels . I mean the first day that you are going to do it you are not going to run at top speed becouse you are going to hurt yourself , obviously becouse muscules are not used to do that type of excercise. Other thing is that you can´t start doing an hour routine from the first day , is gradual . Experts recommend to start with a 15 minutes routine and then increase the time little by little. That way your body will be accustomed to it and you can do more and more with time.

Also is precise to be regular. Is not neccesary to make 45 min routine everyday but don´t leave it to twice a week.

Also you need to start to eat blanced food , drink more water and try to relax and meditate during the day.

Combining this 4 things you can improve your life.
And remember to get used to do excercise is the most difficult thing but when you do it will be as easy as watching T.V.
