My Monthly Progress

Up to now I have only drank 3 little sodas.
I made at least 1 hour of excercise per day.
I ate breakfast every morning , including lunch at recess.
I been trying to sleep at least 6-7 hours per night.
I ate only 1 bag of chips and 5 little candies.
I ate a lot of  salads , they were delicious.
I drank 1 1/2  of water per day.
What I´ve been drinking is iced tea .
I been having small portion dinner.
Friday´s were free.
Balance has been very important during this process.

What I been doing is making a change in my habits. Changing does habits for good  its what makes the difference , not making a diet.  You can´t live on a diet forever , specially becouse almost every time you loose waight in a diet you gain them again becouse you forced yourself to a lifestyle that is imposible to stick with for the rest of your life , but in the other hand is changing habits gradually , were the benefits are much more solid , pound that you loose , pound that you will not gain again , all becouse you get used to eat in a much better way gradually until reaching the point were you feel healthier.
